We have a 180-day return policy on specific physical items, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return for ecommerce related purchases. Please scroll further to see the conditions for Exceptions / non-returnable items as most items would apply to that statute.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, or provide you with the details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or undergarments), or digital products,(such as downloads, courses, or ebooks). In rare cases where a refund is issued for digital items there is a server administrative fee of $12.95 that would result in a partial refund. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have a service which includes a setup fee, implementation fee or any fees of that nature you are subject to having these fees returned if you believe our work was unsatisfactory. However, you must return all of our methods and knowledge shared with you as it is our intellectual property which we have shared and you are not allowed to use these methods in the future to complete your last mile services.
If we deem this might be too much to have removed then you are subject to a consulting fee for the works committed at our standard rate of $50.00 per hour for the advice or hands on learning we provided. This is at our sole discretion and is utilized to ensure fair and equitable business practices. We do this to ensure fairness and time compensated for our efforts to provide you with quality service.
Please also note that the implementation fees, and or cost, are different from the labor costs used to complete deliveries. These are not returnable as they are completed services. Any completed labor that is used is not correlated with implementation and cannot be returned or refunded without a failure to complete a task being the cause for refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want for an exchange, if the item was an incorrect size or selection, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
